Vehicles for high-cube transport.
Van Eck plays a leading part in the development
of bodies for transporting airfreight pallets.
Van Eck was responsible for the construction of both
the 5- and 7-pallet semi-trailer. Our latest model
is a semi-trailer for 4 jumbo-pallets.

Van Eck constructs a range of bodies for motorized
vehicles drawing Van Eck trailers, as well as for
Van Eck semitrailers to be used in transportation of air-freight
pallets. We also construct, in compliance with
ATP standards, hoods, sliding-roof hoods, sliding
tarpaulin frames, closed plywood bodywork and even
insulated bodywork for refrigerated/deep-freeze
transportation.

The bodies of airfreight service vehicles are fitted
with five pneumatic roller conveyors, with a roller width
of 100 mm. These roller conveyors are built into the
floor, and are part of a fully integrated automatic
loading/unloading system operated by remote control.
The loading/unloading system works either on the basis of
an endless conveyor belt, or on the basis of hydraulically
driven rollers, and complies with Lufthansa standards.
The 7-pallet semitrailer and 4-pallet trailer are
only available in closed models, as they are equipped
with three and two hydraulic dividing floors respectively,
each with a lifting capacity of 4000 kgs. Van Eck
swan-neck semitrailers are equipped with a pneumatic lift,
which has a lifting capacity of 6000 kgs.
